VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional UX Digital Design Lead EMEA to join our Digital Team team based in Stabio, Switzerland
Let’s talk about the role
As UX Lead, you will drive innovation and excellence in user experience across our fashion brands while leading a team of designers and researchers to deliver measurable results.
Build and execute measurable product vision with your team
Connect cross-functional teams to align on opportunities
Lead mobile UX and digital product design initiatives
Facilitate research and innovative design approaches
**Skills for Success**:
8+ years of UX experience with expertise in design thinking and research
Track record of managing large stakeholder teams from prominent brands
Track record in managing a team of designers
Experience with legacy systems and large development teams
Strong interpersonal skills with focus on empathy and collaboration
