**Position Summary**

To complete our Youth Human Resources team, we are looking for our future Youth Communication Intern. In this role, you will help our Youth Team to drive key initiatives across Switzerland and ensuring we have the right level of communication.

**A Day in the Life of a Youth Communication Intern**
- Define the communication agenda to promote all existing initiatives
- Create attractive content (videos, reels, stories, posts ) & visuals to boost followers and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Support our Youth HR team to help us drive key Youth projects across Switzerland
- Ensure proper reporting and data consolidation
- Support our Recruitment team for job fairs and various touchpoints with students or apprentices
**What will make you successful**
- Currently studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree in communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Passionate about new communication & digital trends
- Very strong written communication skills
- Good command of English and German with ideally French
- Good command of web marketing tools as well as Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytics and data mindset
