Optotune & NextLens is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial (Optotune) and consumer markets (NextLens).

Tasks
- Lead multiple global high-volume projects and programs in close collaboration with customers, sales team, product engineering, and operations
- Understand the customer needs and drive customer projects to production ensuring product performance and costs
- Responsible for project controlling ensuring to stay within budget and timeline
- Manage the critical path of the project and key project risks
- Regularly briefing of internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, photonics or related fields (preferably MSc)
- Experience in project management for hardware products
- Demonstrated ability to think multidimensional
- Excellent communication skills, hands on and pragmatic
- Ready to travel up to 20%
- English proficiency
