After years of research, Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. Our revolutionary plan will make the world a better place. We structure meats from plants that is no way inferior to animal meat, scores with unique taste, and authentic texture, and is miles ahead in terms of sustainability and health

Planted is more than a delicious product - it's also an attitude. We want to radically change the way meat is perceived and consumed and inspire a shift from eating animal proteins to eating plant proteins.

**Your mission**:

- Drive and support product development projects from ideation to market launch in close collaboration with brand/marketing, sales, quality management and production
- Design and prototype clean-label plant-based products in line with our brand pillars and high culinary standards
- Support consumer research and involve customer and consumer feedback into the product development process to iteratively improve our products.
- Support and drive upscaling, process optimization and production transfer of new products
- Report to our Product Developer and support our Product Development team in various tasks

**You**:

- hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (applied university/university) in Food Science, Product Design, Material Science
- ideally have a track record in the plant-based food space
- are a hands-on self-starter who is naturally curious and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- are able to take responsibility and work independently
- are creative, and love food, plant-based, technology and science
- are able to continuously challenge assumptions to seek innovative solutions and highest quality products
- show excellent communication skills
- are willing to revolutionize the food system by developing the best possible products
- are fluent in English, German is a plus
