We are seeking a Trading and Lending Solution Architect to provide architectural guidance to the engineering teams.

Tasks
- Design and specify processes and blueprints for extensions and integrations to the current crypto trading systems and platforms, including order routing systems, liquidity providers integration and general core banking integration.
- Design and specify process and blueprints to the current risk management system and Loan Management System/portal, including integration with the trading platform and the general core banking integration.
- Ensure alignment with company-wide architectural and technological guidelines and principles.
- Active involvement in reviewing merge requests, providing coding input in proof of concepts and prototyping.
- Design and extend a domain-driven enterprise data model.
- Design, architect and document business processes. Liaise with developers and architectural team for the specification and implementation of the business process.
- Liaise with security experts to provide guidance to engineering teams on enterprise security concepts.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle.
- Mentor and grow a community of fellow engineers.

**Requirements**:

- More than five years of experience in an architectural or senior development position in trading engineering design
- Experience in working with FIX protocol and crypto trading infrastructure.
- Financial know-how in trading and lending products with a demonstrable successful experience designing architectural solutions in a bank-grade environment.
- Proficiency on architectural patterns, including event-driven architecture, zero-trust design, microservices design, and API design.
- Current programming skills in javascript, java or golang.
- Hands-on experience in design and configuration of AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to present engineering strategy to the C-level and large audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent area is preferred.
- Nice to have:

- Experience in financial industry with strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cryptography and distributed ledger technologies, as well as knowledge of latest trends in the crypto industry.
- Certifications in your domains of expertise.
