**Your Role**: Our Aubonne Biotech Manufacturing Site (Switzerland) is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics reporting to the Technical & Digital Operations Director. Our end-to-end manufacturing process which includes Biotech Processes, Filling, Visual Control, Packaging, Logistics, Quality Control, and Quality Release is supported by this strategic and cross-functional function.

In this position, you will define and implement our Data Strategy and fostering for a Data-Driven Culture on the site while managing the development and the lifecycle of our main data analytics systems to support business decisions and challenges.

The work scope includes Master Data, Data Quality, Enterprise Analytic Systems, Continuous Process Verification Systems, Operation Technology Analytic Systems, Robotic Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.

Approximately 10 people composed by Data Engineers and Masterdata specialists will be under your management.

The ultimate goal of the team is to connect the dots between the Corporate Data Strategy, Site Strategy, and Manufacturing Processes key performance metrics focusing on the right datas for the right purpose.

In all relevant investigations and projects, you will ensure a high level of data protection, data integrity, and data confidentiality.

**Who you are**:

- You have a master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Pharmaceutical Industry Management a related field.
- You have at least 8-10 years of experience with Data System Management and Projects.
- You have a proven track record of developing and implementing Business Intelligence strategies, including predictive analytics, data modeling, data visualization, and data mining.
- You possess demonstrated ability to lead a team of Data Analysts and Experts, aligning team objectives with the company mission to achieve business results.
- You have excellent ability for problem-solving, communication, as well as attention to detail.
- You are experienced with pharmaceutical or life sciences industry regulations and quality requirements.
- You are proficient in English and French preferred
