**Your role**:
AI Applications Development:

- Analyze production data to identify patterns and insights that inform AI model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing manufacturing systems.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability in a production environment.

Performance Management Board Development:

- Analyze performance data to provide insights that drive improvements in team productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a similar field willingness to learn about the healthcare industry
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis techniques, including statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Software development experience (e.g., web/backend frameworks, APIs, CI/CD, containerization) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Good communication skills and ability to present technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
- English at least C1 is mandatory, French is a plus.
