Scientist Bioprocess Development

For our Bioprocess Development team, we are currently looking for an experienced Scientist Bioprocess Development (BD).
- and modelling-expertise to support the process modelling office within BPD Bern

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and carry out development experiments
- Perform data analysis and write reports
- Search and study project relevant scientific literature
- Support the preparation of regulatory documents according to QbD approach
- Comply with the relevant quality systems
- Support production regarding technical clarifications (i.e. Tech Transfer, Clinical Manufacturing)
- Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and equipment
- Collaborate with different CSL sites/departments (CMC, PD, TO, MFG, GPS etc.) and external partners
**Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelors or postgraduate degree and /or extensive experience in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years laboratory experience with training in a relevant technical discipline eg. molecular and cellular biology, analytical biochemistry etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Fluent English, German is a plus
