We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80%. To achieve this, we are developing a globally deployable lighting system that uses sensors to control the lighting according to demand.

Tasks
- You coordinate, create and implement all national and international visual content (website, apps, social media, photos, videos, brochures, product design, etc.).
- Great understanding of branding, stylistically confident and having an overview of the company's external image.
- You understand our target audience and customer potential. Through research, you will improve our reach and conversation rate.
- Using various digital tools, you will evaluate defined KPIs and implement appropriate measures to improve them.

**Requirements**:
Your Must Have's
- Very talented in design (layout, screen design, typography, UX...).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Experience in HTML / CSS / JavaScript, possibly PHP, etc.
- Skills in Video & Photo (concept, directing, camera, lighting, editing, grading, sound).
- Great knowledge of Wordpress.
- Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team as well as willingness to take responsibility.
- Basic German knowledge and excellent oral and written English skills.

Your Nice to Have's
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or similar.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Xd, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.).
- Spanish and/or French language skills (written and spoken)
- High digital affinity and expertise in the most important KPI and performance measurement tools (SEO/ SEA, Google Analytics etc.) as well as knowledge of CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce etc.)
