**Your role**
- Are you an analytical thinker with an investigative mind-set? Are you able to pay attention to detail and work in an international and fast-moving environment with many stakeholders? Are you passionate about technology, network services and processes and have a risk mindset?
- We’re looking for a Process and Risk specialist who can:
- perform comprehensive analyses on various controls such as Access Management in line with Access control functions
- conceptual review of current entitlements and define target framework with operation model
- execute on implementing Access Entitlements into new central AGNES tool and also supporting platforms like CyberArk, Clearpass and Automation processes
- support day to day access requests
- be cognisant on sensitive data in the network environment and it’s protection
- perform periodic Network Change Compliance reviews
- support the Risk Management team with risk reviews, risk mitigation
- support complex audits and regulatory inspections, including managing stakeholder interactions
- take an active role in the Credit Suisse integration specific to risk, controls and processes
- perform comprehensive analyses of risk assessments and audit reports detecting the “hidden” issues and find gaps in controls coverage

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Risk and Process team based in our Zurich Office. We are responsible for the Technology Risk and Process Management and governance, effective oversight of controls of Technology Services including Network services. Making risks in Networks transparent in UBS Risk governance, supporting successful audits and regulatory engagements.

**Your expertise**
- proven experience in IT risk management, risk control, or audit in the financial services industry, at specialist level with several years of experience
- covering information security, encryption, access control, cyber threat and risk management
- a degree, ideally in information security, or computer science, or information technology, or a cloud technology / security related discipline is a plus
- a risk or control-related certification, such as CCSK, CCAK, CRISC or CISSP, is preferred
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical, concise and accurate approach, and with strong attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting to senior management
- confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations
- an intrinsic initiative to lead and drive things forward
- an understanding of operational risk management and implementation in practice
- sound experience in data analysis, validation and presentation of results (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, Tableau)
