- und Verarbeitungssystemen in der graphischen Industrie und Direktwerbung sowie von branchenübergreifenden intralogistischen Gesamtlösungen.
**Deine Verantwortung**:
- Du betreust alle personaladministrativen und personalrechtlichen Themen, insbesondere die Rekrutierung von Mitarbeitenden auf allen Hierarchiestufen
- Du führst die Probezeitzwischengespräche
- Du dienst als Ansprechperson von Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Du trägst die Mitverantwortung und führst die gesamte Personaladministration durch
- Du erfasst und verarbeitest Personaleintritte, Übertritte und Austritte
- Du erstellst Verträge und Arbeitszeugnisse
- Du entwickelst Konzepte und Instrumente für die Personalarbeit weiter
- Du präsentierst relevante Personalthemen an den GL-Sitzungen
- Du erstellst Fort
- und Weiterbildungsvereinbarungen sowie koordinierst deren Rückerstattungen
- Du arbeitest in verschiedenen Projekten der Personalentwicklung wie Talent Management, Nachfolgeplanung und Fort-/Weiterbildung mit
**Deine Skills**:
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Du konntest mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Rekrutierung und Personalentwicklung sammeln
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Du bist stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich und mündlich
- Du verfügst über eine Affinität für IT-Anwendungen (MS-Office, Abacus, TimeTool) sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Problemlösungskompetenz und pragmatische Umsetzungsorientierung
