- We're essentially looking for a talented process/project manager with proven business analysis skills in the information and records management space to help us build-up and deliver on our vision for the most efficient, effective, sustainable and trusted records management environment possible.

Are you motivated to make an impact on the forward-looking success of managing information and records compliantly? If so, we would like to meet you as we are looking for someone like you to support the enhancing and running of our Records Management Center of Expertise function.
- This includes the following activities:
- front to back optimization and simplification of the records management framework implementation
- improvement of how adequate controls and compliance monitoring are implemented
- defining requirements and driving implementation of agreed change
- create appropriate, easy to understand and easy to maintain documentation and training content
- facilitate and support training of stakeholders

- experience as SME, business analyst and process/project management within information and records management environment
- experienced in leading projects, from ideation and design through implementations and wide adoption in a sustainable way
- familiar with regulatory and compliance related challenges and how to deal with these
- proven track record of working agile in complex cross functional change initiatives
- interest and ability to suggest solutions for an efficient monitoring of information and records management compliance to create advantage for the organization
- high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and elicit work output in a team environment
- concise and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical and organizational concepts to a wider audience
- capability to manage priorities in a structured and organized way, self-motivation, capability to handle ambiguity and find the way to success
- proficient in written and verbal English is a must (native level)
