HR Manager

position with Comprehensive Benefits. The HR Manager role is responsible for leading our human resources operations, and acting as a strategic HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance tactical execution with strategic HR leadership **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding - Coordinate onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across departments - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and best practices - Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers - Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture - Manage HR systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations - Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR guidance - Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning - Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decisions - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Manage enrollment and changes, review and approve invoices for benefit premium - Maintain employee wage tracking form with Supervisors **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll and business partnering - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity - SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred **Personal/Character**:T.E.A.M. is looking for individuals who are hardworking, honest, driven, detail-oriented with an excellent attitude **Why Choose T.E.A.M.
