- We're looking for a product manager to:
- Act from a business rules development & product focused view within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring proper product delivery, requirement engineering processes and requirement artifacts.
- Own and develop relationship with partners, work with them to optimize and enhance our integration while focusing on our strategic goals and principles.
- Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with your cross-functional team members in the pod.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from a technical and non-functional requirement perspective (i.e. production stability, performance & maintainability).

- You’ll be working in the Save, Protect and Grow my Investment team in Zurich, Hong Kong or Singapore focusing on delivering automated product suitability investor protection to our clients around the world.
- Our crew comprises of over 140 colleagues in 7 locations, living, breathing diversity and innovation day to day.
**Your expertise**
- Profound understanding of product lifecycle management and software delivery processes.
- Delivery of complex automated software products based on Java, ideally experience with the business rules management system Actico Rules.
- Profound understanding of business rules management systems and software system architecture.
- Business analysis and standardized requirements engineering practices.
- Test design and execution as well as common testing tools (Junit, SoapUI).
- Understanding of banking processes and regulatory knowledge is a benefit.
- Working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management.
- Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong active listening and communication skills.
