D2c Omnichannel Optimisation Manager

MSC Cruises, the world's third largest and fastest growing cruise line, is hiring an Omnichannel Optimisation Manager to work within the Direct To Consumer (D2C) and special projects division. In this role, you will be responsible of ensuring consistency between marketing and sales processes on the execution of cross-channels campaigns. - + 5 years of meaningful work experience in Digital Marketing with a particular focus on customer engagement and campaign execution domains; - Previous experience with customer facing digital processes definition and integration into operational processes; - Collaborative and adaptable, ability to prioritize and make rapid decisions; - Demonstrated ability to transform marketing and commercial strategies into an effective tactical plans that leverages the most effective and appropriate communication channels for the identified customer; - Experience leading cross-functional, self-organized teams to deliver project results with focus on business agility and measurable outcomes; - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to come up with solutions to loosely defined business problems; - Self-motivated, organized and capable of meeting quick deadlines; - Data driven and capable of analysing and effectively communicating results; - Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation and e-commerce software; - Flexibility, including an ability and willingness to think strategically and act tactically; - Experience in management consulting is a strong plus; - Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment; - Fluent in English, both oral and written. Any additional European language is an advantage; - Support the governance and execution of multichannel integrated campaigns; - Coordinate related engagement strategies across the different channels currently adopted; - Cooperate with Marketing and Sales teams on the development and delivery of measurable campaign plans in order to deliver maximum value across customer touchpoints, ensuring adherence to omnichannel standards and compliance requirements - Contribute to the success and growth of direct to consumer-facing campaigns across all the different global and distributed Markets managed by MSC; - Collaborate with markets worldwide to guarantee cross channel coherence of different campaigns and fine-tune integrated engagement plans; - Manage and oversight omnichannel consolidated reporting to measure performance and guarantee KPIs consistency, aiming to provide data driven customers’ insight;VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any) - Right to work in Switzerland; Part of the MSC Group, MSC Cruises is the market leader in the Mediterranean, South Africa and South America, and sails year-round in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
