Proclinical are recruiting a Category Medical Affairs Principal Scientist for a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Nyon. The client is focused on improving people's health.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide oversight and execution of scientific engagement actions initiated by category.
- Execute medical affairs plans which involves claims/product changes and distribution of outputs rendering to category/sub-category project plans and agreed deadlines.
- You will serve as viable ambassador for the company, to assist notify company actions and to delivery business goals.
- To improve personal performance with category medical affairs team based on enterprise thinking, you will seek, challenge and execute ways to do this.
- Manage compliance with pertinent codes and SOPs of all promotional claims.
- Assist the medical affairs director to guarantee medical compliance of category products and actions to safeguard the interests of customers and patients as well as the company's reputation.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a biomedical science such as medical, dental, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare organisation, ideally a pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare/FMCH business with familiarity in medical and/or scientific affairs.
- Former involvement with working within a medical affairs team in a larger multifaceted matrix establishment.
- A background in clinical/and or academic research.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office software.
