As a **Pre-Sales Consultant at Procivis**, you will help our Business Development team to craft strong proposals and articulate our innovative Digital Identity solutions to our clients and prospects across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our solution’s position during competitive bid processes across Europe.
Based in Zurich, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and demonstrate how our technology delivers value. Fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are a plus, as you will interact with diverse International stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support the Business Development Team in managing sales activities. Understand clients business processes, pain points, and technical requirements.

- Lead the bid management for Request for Proposals (RFP) or Information (RFI) by coordinating the teams internally and delivering a timely proposal to the customer.

- Ensure high end and targeted customer presentations by leveraging the company assets and support in delivering successful product demos.

- Assist and support the team in managing different projects.

- Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Engineering

- 1-4 years of experience in consulting project management and bid management, preferably in a consulting or software sales company, ideally with experience at the interface of business and IT.

- Experience in working with Atlassian tools and excellent skills in MS Office 365 (especially Excel).

- Ambitious team player with strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Service-oriented and communicative nature that enables effective collaboration with customers and team members.

- Bid Management experience in public sector is a strong plus
