**About The Role**
The Compliance Team is seeking a six-month intern to assist the Control & Reporting (C&R) Team with the development, implementation, and oversight of the Group's compliance management program. Additionally, the intern will work closely with the General Counsel, providing support on specific projects and various ad-hoc matters.
Objectives:
- Support with the performance of Compliance internal controls
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and (internal) regulations
- Assist with the drafting of Compliance internal reports
- Support in the preparation of relevant Compliance internal and external audits

- Contribute to the team’s efforts in day-to-day activities, including ad-hoc tasks, requests and projects

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in law, finance/economics, business management, or a related field
- Proficient Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English; fluency in German is a strong plus
- Knowledge of AML/CTF, sanctions, tax reporting and internal controls is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Open, flexible and team-oriented attitude
- Curious about latest trends in Compliance, FinTech and RegTech industry, cryptocurrencies and blockchain
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and growth
