**Your role**
- Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within within our P&C Marketing & Digital Sales Office in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

- work with client intelligence and data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- learn about the entire Marketing & Digital Sales offering in Switzerland and various initiatives across the bank
- contribute to the development of innovative products and solutions based on data-driven insights
- collaborate with all business divisions: Work with all business divisions within UBS Switzerland AG and gain exposure to senior management and external stakeholders
- be part of an innovative team: All ideas are valued and discussed collectively

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Personal & Corporate Marketing & Digital Sales team, who is responsible for several areas such as transformation, integration and product development. M&DS is part of the Products, Channels & Marketing area of UBS Switzerland. We shape UBS’s client engagement by creating data-driven campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and refining online presence to deliver innovative, client-focused experiences.

**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has excellent English skills, German is a plus
- has a genuine interest in leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to create impactful marketing campaigns and enhance client engagement and experience.

**Your program**
- This paid internship will last three to six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
