The Cloud Solution Architect is at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts for our partners. You will play a critical role in working with the leadership from our partners to align their technology roadmaps with Microsoft's technology, working with them to build new solutions that enable customers to realize their vision of Digital Transformation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key areas of responsibility**:

- **Understanding Partner Technical Environment. **Identifies and evaluates industry trends, and jointly develops technical enablement plan with partner. Maintains technical skills and knowledge of market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- **
Solution/Offer/Practice Development. **Leads execution of architectural engagements, such as Technical Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons with the goal of defining and bringing new solutions, offers and/or practices to market.
- **
Trusted Advisor**. **Develops and expands existing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level technical decision makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders.
- **
Thought Leadership**. **Leads the direction that internal team members and stakeholders take by sharing ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input across boundaries.

**Qualifications**:

- **
Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning** - AI Compute (e.g. Spark, DSVM, AKS), AI on Data (e.g. Cosmos DB, SQL DB, Data Lake), Azure Databricks, Azure ML, Azure Search and Knowledge Mining, Azure Cognitive Services and Bots, AI Tools & Frameworks
- Ability to run complex program management at scale, including cross-project planning and resource orchestration, as well as the ability to consistently identify and drive program enhancements
- Proven ability to quickly adapt in rapidly evolving business situations
- Problem Solving. Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies
- Perpetual curiosity and an effective approach to learning: What, how, when, and the way it shapes personal abilities
- A deep understanding of the impact of technology; how it drives the current worldwide digital transformation in businesses and society.
- Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/projects.
- Competence in public speaking and in presenting complex company or product strategies in a compelling manner required
- Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results
- Language: English speaking is a must, German and/or French speaking preferred.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
