Personality Guidance is a management consulting firm, founded in 2022 and the official distributor of the Hogan Personality Assessments, headquartered in Zürich.
We empower individuals to discover not only a suitable career, but their true vocation. Leveraging the evidence-based and scientifically validated Hogan Assessments, we provide our clients with clarity and strategic guidance—from recruitment through to the continuous development of talent.

Our interdisciplinary team, comprising business psychologists, client advisors, coaches, and trainers, delivers bespoke consulting solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Our guiding principle, “Because personality matters,” informs both our client engagements and our internal culture.

We are seeking a **Working Student / Intern (M/F/d) in Assessments and Certification (50%)** to join our Zürich office.

**Responsibilities**

As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas, including:

- Preparing and distributing participant materials for monthly certification workshops
- Developing presentations for topic-specific webinars
- Supporting post-workshop follow-up and documentation
- Updating training materials, brochures, and other client-facing content
- Managing participant and certification data in Microsoft CRM and HubSpot
- Researching current trends in HR, training, and talent development
- Writing and publishing articles for our blog, managing monthly newsletters, and creating weekly LinkedIn posts
- Overseeing our online shop: providing login credentials to clients, answering inquiries regarding reports, pricing, and procedures

**Profile**

We are looking for a motivated student, ideally studying (business) psychology or business administration with a focus on HR, who demonstrates:

- Highly structured and organized work habits
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
- Quick comprehension and learning ability
- High initiative and proactive approach
- Effective prioritization skills
- Interest in diagnostic assessment tools, particularly the Hogan Assessments
- Experience in HR consulting or familiarity with HR processes and content marketing
- Client-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Swiss market
- Creativity and originality: capable of generating ideas, producing engaging content, and contributing to articles, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts
