Zur Ergänzung unseres wachsenden Teams suchen wir Dich als **Research-Fellow (60-100%)**

Als Teil eines Projektteams setzt Du mit dem Mandatsleiter eine Such-/Projektstrategie auf und verfolgst diese eigenständig, strukturiert und mit kreativen Lösungsansätzen. Dabei benutzt Du moderne sowie klassische Research Tools.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Identifikation von Führungspersönlichkeiten, welche auf die Anforderungsprofile unserer Mandate passen
- Systematische Analyse von Zielfirmen aus dem Suchfeld
- Telefonische Abklärungen zu Eignung und Interesse

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist mitten in Deinem Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium oder verfügst bereits über einen Abschluss
- Neugierig, detailorientiert, strukturiert
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Projekten
- Beherrschung von MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in Research & Analyse insb. in Internet und Datenbanken
- Sympathischer Auftritt, professionelle und freundliche Gesprächsführung
