Ziel der Position

Sicherstellen eines GMP-gerechten und technisch einwandfreien Betriebes von technischen Anlagen

Grundlegende Aufgaben
- Instandhaltung von Prozess-, Produktionsanlagen und Geräten mit Einsätzen auch ausserhalb der Arbeitszeit
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung von allgemeinen Infrastrukturanlagen, wie z.B. Lüftungen, Wasseraufbereitungen und Dampferzeugung
- Rufbereitschaft/Pikettdienst (ca. 1 pro 2Monat f. 7 Tage)
- Störungsbehebung an Produktions
- und Infrastrukturanlagen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung vom Anlagenbetrieb
- Termingerechte, kostenbewusste Ausführung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen und Reparaturen an den Anlagen
- Ausführen und dokumentieren der Arbeiten gemäss SOP
- Erstellen und revidieren der technischen Dokumentation und Vorschriften im Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Untersuchungsberichten im Verantwortungsbereich
- Koordination, Überwachung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitern externer Firmen sowie deren auszuführenden Arbeiten, Sicherstellen der korrekten Dokumentation, Sicherstellen der Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz
- Sicheres Arbeiten nach Vorgaben von Behörden (SUVA, Kanton, etc.) und Betriebs
- bzw. Konzernvorschriften
- Bestellung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen
- Pflege und Wartung der eigenen Geräte und Werkzeugen
- Vom Vorgesetzten erteilte Auftragserfüllung
- Fachspezifische Entscheidungen über das Vorgehen bei Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten und Produktionsleiter

**Qualifications**
Ausbildung & Erfahrung

Erforderlich

Generell:

- Technische Aus
- und/oder Weiterbildung im Bereich der Energie
- & Dampfanlagen
- Erfahrung im Bürobereich und elektr. Datenbearbeitung

Qualität:

- Erfahrung im Arbeiten in einem qualitätsregulierten Umfeld
- gute GMP- und GEP- Kenntnisse wünschenswert

Sprachkenntnisse:

- Deutsch, fliessend in Wort und Schrift
- Englisch, erweiterte Grundkenntnisse wünschenswert

Fähigkeiten & Kompetenzen

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Engineering:

- Fundiertes Know-how bezüglich dem Arbeiten nach GMP Fundiertes technisches Verständnis von SPS und Computersysteme
- Kenntnisse der gängigen Feldbusse, HMIs und SCADA-Systeme
- Fundierte Kenntnisse bezüglich Maintenance von Computer
- und Leitsystem
- Fundierte Kenntnisse bezüglich Qualifizierungen
- Inspektionserfahrung
- Management Kompetenzen:
