**The Role**

As a Trainee you will support the operations staff in providing culturally immersive travel for American and Canadian students who choose to discover the world with us through group travel. Your main role is to assist our Production Team in ensuring a beautiful experience for our customers both leading up to, and during the program.

**Main areas of responsibility**
- Optimize and coordinate group logistics with external vendors
- Provide EF Tour Directors with information and support during the preparation and execution of the Tour
- Assist with group bookings for business partners, museums, and activities across Europe
- Provide on-tour support and assist with the operational tasks required to produce a tour.
- Handle late tour changes such as late additions and cancellations of travelers
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement, Invoicing, and the Tour Director Department to provide a beautiful customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Nationality of one of the EU or EFTA countries or a work permit in Switzerland
- Fluency in English and minimum one additional language, for example French, German, Greek, Spanish, or Italian.
- Excellent communication skills and a good networker
- Strong service mind and listening skills. Great team player.
- Adaptable with a nothing is impossible attitude
- Organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and take action
- Skilled at MS Excel
