Sie sind kommunikativ, sprechen mehrere Sprachen und sind technisch begabt. Sie wollen Ihre Fähigkeiten im Büro wie auch Zuhause anwenden können?
Bei unserem Kunden in Zürich bekommen Sie die Gelegenheit, Ihre Leidenschaft auszuleben als **Customer Consultant KMU on remote**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Sie erfassen und pflegen Kundendaten
- Sie erledigen diverse administrative arbeiten
- Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle per Telefon für KMU Kunden
- Sie beantworten Kundenanrufe auf Deutsch und Französisch oder Italienisch (zwingend)
**Dein Profil**:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Sie sprechen fliessendes Schweizerdeutsch & Französisch oder Italienisch zwingend
- Sie verfügen eine Dienstleistungs
- und Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen fundierte IT-Kenntnisse inkl. MS Office Palette
