Join us as an intern in 2025 and get a taste of the MDLZ business and the FMCG industry, while working on your professional development and growth.

This is a **full-time** internship in Marketing Excellence team based in Zurich for a duration of **3 months**, starting as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to work independently and gain hands-on experience, while receiving coaching and the right feedback from the team.

**As an intern in Marketing Excellence your focus will be to**:

- Support ongoing innovation capability roadmap implementation working closely with local marketing and cross-functional teams
- Leading your own projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams on innovation excellence agenda
- Support the team in the design of trainings on key innovation topics
- Conducting ongoing assessment and analyses and learning to derive recommendations for concrete business challenges
- Supporting the team with daily business

**Job specific requirements**:

- Undergoing or completed study in the field of **Marketing, Business Administration** or equivalent
- ** Professional fluency in English**:

- Quick learner and resilient when facing new problems, enjoying the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and open to change + standing alone
- Great organization skills
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong ability to build interpersonal relationships & leverage these to deliver strong business results
