Green Energy Venture, part of the OE-EN Group, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain. We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over 2 decades. Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies. We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects - from their development to grid connection along our core competencies. Tasks - Management of PV projects and/or portfolios, including all activities and communications, being internal or external. - Economic modeling and feasibility evaluation of high-tech concepts along the renewable value chain between generation, storage, and grid, focusing on PV. - Techno-economic assessment of different design cases to determine the best technology and design for a given case and interest - Establishment of documentation and presentations for banks, investors, and other entities involved - Drawing up construction plans for ground-mounted solar power plants and rooftop installations, and revision and control of such plans - Electrical design and cable loss calculations for PV projects - Conduction of energy yield assessments by means of PVsyst **Requirements**: - Completed master’s degree, doctorate, or comparable qualification in the field of environmental or system engineering, energy technology, and/or energy efficiency - Minimum 4 years of proven experience working with large-scale PV installations. - Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing PV projects. - Experience in financial modeling of energy projects, due diligence processes, and M&A-transactions - Knowledge of latest generation technologies along with renewable energies - Ability to operate independently AutoCAD and Pvsyst.
