**Corporate Agreements Manager (flexible location)**:

In this role you will provide leadership and guidance to global account managers for agreements for strategic global customers. You will work with a cross functional team (External customers, cross divisional Sales, Business Lines, finance, legal to form, negotiate (pricing), and maintain pricing (setting pricing for a customer using data and analytics, along with market trends, adhering to pricing processes and policies) for strategic customers. Also, you will set standards and coaching to local units for agreements with local customers.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with a cross functional team to Lead & manage strategic pricing for key global accounts, from initiation till completion.
- Leverage external market and customer trends, and data, analytics, and tools available, develop global discounts and incentives differentiated by customer and market segments, and aligned with global strategy.
- Create customer global discounts and commercial terms and incentives for corporate agreements. Create a standard structure for corporate agreements.
- Consume industry specific data from different Business Systems to develop global discount models within established processes and procedures.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and document contracts differential value and market positions. Provide clear and direct guidance to Sales, Business Units and Operations to ensure that customer facing communications and operational activity are completed accurately
- Identify and prioritize deals which will create / demonstrate thought leadership in market segments where we see growth potential. Determine deal approval policies to streamline/scale the business rapidly.
- Collaborate with the field on developing scalable, repeatable deal structures that meet customer objectives, while adhering to Elastic policies on pricing and commercial terms.
- Advise field on large, complex deal negotiations.
- Capture and provide business and competitive intelligence in relation to commercial deal terms and structures. Inform/influence key pricing decisions.
- Lead projects to drive efficiency and process improvement. Identify, design and lead projects intended to create efficiencies, standardize business practices, drive process improvements, and deliver high impact analysis for decision making.
- Responsible for creating processes, and proper documentation outlining global contracts
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA, CPP, or equivalent experience a plus
- Deep experience in product and pricing knowledge is required, including in negotiating global and approving commercial deal structures
- Hands-on ability with analytical tools & systems; Be comfortable with dealing with large sets of data
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Thorough understanding of systems solutions and service business in energy industries including Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Refining and Water & Power Generation.
- Robust functional expertise and career experience in sales, sales support and strategy & business development with business and financial acumen for leading commercial negotiations and agreements.
- Personal leadership with high accountability, results orientation and ability to work in indirect and virtual teams.
- Global mind-set, inter-cultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
- No-relocation is required
