To strengthen our Business Support Unit team (BSU), we are looking for a Specialist with an ability to understand complex reinsurance products/structures with focus on Non-Life.
Reporting to the Head of BSU, you will become part of a motivated team that takes pride in a collaborative and flexible work mode that is based on trust and dedication/support.
** Your responsibilities**
- Manage a Non-Life reinsurance portfolio- Treaty handling
- Technical accounting & Claims handling
- Cash handling
- Support in projects- Coordination and data delivery to our external Auditor
- Actively participate in monitoring and managing the quarterly closing process as required by regulations
- Support for Administration
** Your Profile**
- Non-Life reinsurance accounting or controlling with IFRS17 education
- Commercial degree or similar
- Flair for numbers
- Quick grasp and good technical skills
- Proactive team player with good communications skills, flexible, exact and with an independent working style
- Valuing and promoting an inclusive working and learning environment
- Excellent command of English, any other European language would be an asset
