**Junior Financial Controller Hero Group (80 - 100%)**
The Group Controlling team provides timely, accurate and decision-relevant information to the Executive Board and management of the Group to support value creation and performance management.
In this role, you get the opportunity to take broad responsibilities within the Group Controlling function with a focus to master proper internal reporting as well as to act as an expert of the Hero Group Business Intelligence (BI) solution. In addition, this role offers the possibility to participate in the further development of Hero Finance. You are interacting with the finance managers of the subsidiaries as well with Group management. In your position, you are closely working together with, and you are directly reporting to our Vice President Corporate Controlling, Tax & Treasury.
**Your main responsibilities**
- Coordinate the monthly reporting process and prepare management information to the Executive Board
- Manage the Group reporting timetable
- Prepare presentations to the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
- Support the Group Accounting Director in financial consolidation and provide systems support
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual report in cooperation with the Group Accounting Director
- Act as expert of the Hero Group Business Intelligence solution including:
- Manage daily data stewardship process
- Manage month-end closing process
- Being competence center ensuring good data quality
- Maintain and improve business intelligence report solutions
- Project management tasks to further develop the finance function
**Your profile**
- Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor degree or higher), preferably with a specialization in Finance / Controlling
- Some professional experience in finance is a plus, preferably in an international environment
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
**Key competencies**

- Advanced skills to analyze financial data and to draw well-reasoned conclusions
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and to write in a clear and succinct manner
- Work well with a group of people and strong communication skills

- Good planning and organization skills to coordinate and keep track of different workstreams
