**Group Financial Business Controller 100%**

In this position, you work closely together with our country organizations as well as all business functions at our headquarters. You report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Hero Group.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Acting as financial business partner for CFO and CSO (Chief Sales Officer) in the financial steering of our subsidiaries in 18 countries
- Monitoring and driving the financial performance of our country organizations
- Steering the Country Target Setting & Planning Process
- Supporting Group business functions with financial country information
- Orchestrating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process for Hero Group
- Contributing to specific Providing guidance, advice and support in cCountry business projects

**Your profile**
- Good academic background with a degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in Finance / Controlling
- Five or more years professional experience in Finance & Controlling, ideally in an international environment in the Consumer Goods industry
- Strategic thinking, communication, analytical thinking, collaboration skills and eager to learn and further develop
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus (e.g. German, Spanish)
- Proficient in MS Office
