**The opportunity**

We are looking for a Factory Controller to join our Finance team, supporting manufacturing operations with accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for monthly closings, budgeting, and continuous improvement of controlling processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency across manufacturing, R&D, and CAPEX activities.

**How you'll make an impact**
- Monthly closing: ensure accuracy and analysis of manufacturing Cost Centers spending
- Support Head of Finance / Manufacturing leadership with monthly spending forecast
- Ensure accuracy of monthly closing R&D and CAPEX related activities
- Ensure accuracy of R&D spending in relevant reporting tools including SAP
- Continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes
- Lead Annual Budgeting for relevant cost centers
- Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls
- Respond to requests from internal and external auditors

**Your background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, preferably with a focus on accounting or controlling
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and controlling
- Proficient user of SAP
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, R&D, and CAPEX controlling
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
