As part of the Growth Team, you will identify qualified business opportunities, follow up on leads, and develop leads to hand off to senior sales representatives. You will also be responsible for managing our CRM system, gathering information on new target customers, and assisting the senior sales representatives with sales meetings, demos, and workshops.

Tasks
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities by providing an appropriate level of information to interested prospects at the right time.
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to meet with a senior sales representative.
- Support senior sales representatives with their target accounts.
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Identify key players, research and capture business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
- Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals, research and gather business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
- Organize meetings for the sales team when a lead reaches the qualified stage.
- Collaborate with growth team members to develop a strategic sales approach.
- Join the growth team at international expos.
- Ensure a successful sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven success in business development through effective use of key sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability collaborating with a distributed sales team.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements.
- Can distinguish sales-qualified leads from leads.
- Strong and professional English communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
- Fosters a strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and key deliverables, acts without direction, and brings new ideas to the organization.
- Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.
- Drive, grit, team orientation: a strong will to compete and win.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
