Our Swiss-based customer is an innovative company founded in 2015 by an international group of IT healthcare professionals with the aim to offer the European laboratory information systems (LIS) market a radically innovative product, combining all the consolidated typical features of a mature LIS with enhanced web technologies.
The company's focus is the constant development of its product to keep it cutting-edge. Since its conception, the product was developed combining the deep knowledge of this market brought by the company's founders and the high-level technical qualification of our staff of young technicians; experience and innovation meet and combine daily to work at its continuous improvement.

**Your main tasks**:

- Managing the operations team and service structures
- Being reponsible for the product's delivery and its support, from a commercial and technical point of view
- Managing projects and allocating resources, defining and planning the activities needed to implement a customer project
- Coordinate the staff members involved in the projects and being responsible fo the achievement of the project's goals

**What is expected from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in **Biotechnologies**, **Biomedical Engineering** or Computer Science
- Basic knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, **Jira** etc.)
- Professional communication skills in **English** (level B2 and onward)
- **Leadership** and team-working skills
- Not necessarily but nice to have: knowledge of the workflow of a clinical laboratory
