For our **ILS Team in Zurich** we are looking for a highly motivated Products and Solutions Executive. The Products and Solutions team acts as an interface between the other teams, in particular sales, portfolio management and operations. As such there is scope to be involved in a wide range of activities, and you will quickly assume responsibility for certain functions as described in the Overview section below. You will report to the Head of Products and Solutions ILS and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to help us to build and to broaden our capabilities in the ILS market.
**Products and Solutions Executive - Insurance Linked Securities (ILS)**
**Job specification**
- Act as a point of contact for product-related matters
- Maintenance of product materials such as standard presentations and on-desk data such as performance files
- Assist with production of reporting materials, both general and client-specific (regular database tasks e.g. extracting summaries from fact sheets and other similar sources of information)
- Assist with pitch submissions for new business and due diligence questionnaires for existing clients, with a particular responsibility for handling RFPs
- Maintain data in consultant databases and provide regular information to consultants and other researchers
- Involvement with ad-hoc projects such as client onboarding, fund administration and risk management tasks
**Required profile**
- Higher education ideally combined with a further education
- Between 5 and 10 years of relevant work experience in a product management or similar role, preferably within the ILS industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and ability to deliver and explain technical material
- Ability to review, analyse and report on qualitative and quantitative information, prioritize work, make decisions, and manage time effectively with mínimal or no supervision
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is a benefit
