***Trainee HR Culture & Development***:

We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join SIX for a 12-months internship.
You will be providing hands-on support to help drive our strategic projects in Culture & Development Initiatives. The role will be based at our Zurich office. You will also be working closely with our internal and external partners. Our internship offers exposure and the opportunity to grow and develop across Culture & People Development. We are a collaborating team in various locations and together we contribute to driving people and organizational growth.

**What You Will Do**
- Management, Leadership, DEI, Well-being, Culture & Engagement
- Support new, group-wide talent management initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and HR
- Support events, workshops and activities (e.g. for key talents)
- Coordinate tasks to collect, analyze and visualize learning and talent data, e.g. from Surveys or Learning databases
- Coordinate tasks within the implementation of a new performance management approach
- Create, edit and or consolidate management presentations and communications
- Manage projects on your own reporting to the Culture & Development team

**What You Bring**
- Experience in People Development or Marketing/Communications or Culture, Project, and Change Management
- Experiences in working with data and data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Advanced in German, Spanish or Polish is additional benefit
- Some working or internship experience before
