Technical Auditors for Halal Products/Services are required for EU countries (Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal). Applicant shall have relevant knowledge of Islamic rules regarding Halal and halal production. Auditors receive continuous training on the Halal certification procedures to hone their skills.

Education

The Technical Auditors for Halal Products/Services should have secondary (B.Sc.) or higher (M.Sc. or MPhil) education in Food science and technology, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-technology, Organic Chemistry and/or Pharmacology.

Halal auditors reports to Technical Manager and are responsible to:

- Conduct the document review
- Conduct the audits as per defined procedure
- Compile and finalize the detailed audit report
- Communicate effectively with clients during the audit and give continuous feedbacks during the audit
