**Job description**: In this position you will help organize the shipping of our products wordlwide. Main tasks will include: - Invoicing of international agents and subsidiaries - Preparation of export documents (E-DEC, EUR1 export declarations, certificates of origin and legalisation requests, packing) - Organisation of transports (truck, plane, ship, express forwarders including AWB) - Follow-up of the files until the delivery has arrived at its destination - Follow-up, reception and filing of import documents from agents - Re-invoicing of transport costs, legalisation costs and certificates, goods inspections, etc. - Preparation of financial documents (credit notes, debit notes, warranty claims, returns) - Processing of the daily shipping file alternately according to the plan - Creation of transport orders in the carriers' online "E-booking" module - Daily statistics of the transactions carried out **Profile**: We are looking for a proactive team player, who enjoys a variety of activities, is able to handle stress and has easy contact with the various parties involved, both internal and external, you are solution oriented and very flexible. You pay attention to details, especially for the preparation of documents and the follow-up of files. **Professional requirements**: You have a strong background in export and you have good command of the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. **Languages**: You are fluent in English, French and/or German. Every additional language is a plus.
