To support our current growth and strengthen our position on the market, we are looking for a talented and versatile Supply
chain Manager. Are you ready to provide your experience to contribute to the efficiency of our business and act without close
guidance? Are you comfortable to decide when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties?
We are offering a permanent position with flexible work hours, in a small and dynamic team of 10 people, where your
organizational skills will have a direct impact on the smooth and rapid growth of the company. In this role, you will evolve in the
middle of the ecosystem we created with our various partners and contribute to the successful establishment of MM-Welding’s
products on the market.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Supply chain management
You are responsible to define and implement the company supply chain strategy and the supporting processes and policies. You
need to implement and manage an ERP system within the company. In collaboration with our distribution partner, you are
selecting new suppliers and assessing their performance, ensuring their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Supply chain administration
You are managing incoming order from our distribution partner and overseeing purchasing of the appropriate products from the
various suppliers. You are responsible for the accurate monitoring of orders and invoices. You organize the import/export of our
product and ensure their efficient transport.
Supplier management
You are the direct contact to all suppliers and responsible to establish a positive and productive relationship. You are discussing
technical and financial aspects of new products and tooling and work in collaboration with our development engineers for the
validation of the various tools. You are coordinating quality aspects (PPAP) with our suppliers, but also internally.
