**Scheduling (Control-M) Team-Leader**:
**Main tasks**:

- Organize the activities of the CTRL-M specialists (5 persons) and manage the team capacity
- Elaborate delivery lifecycle improvements
- Ensure platform maintenance and evolution
- Be able to challenge technical & functional solutions
- Industrialize delivery processes
- Communicate team progress and pro-actively raise the issues
- Lead the transformation initiatives of the team
- Perform budget monitoring
- Ensure Batch Engineering documentation updates

**Your profile**:

- Engineer degree in IT or related field
- **~10 years of experience with Control-M and batch sheduling management**:

- **Additional technical knowledge**:

- **Perl, KSH scripting**
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Rigorous and persistent
- Result oriented
- Flexible
- Stress resistant
- Good communications skills both French & English
- **French Fluent**:

- **English Advanced (C1)**:

- Clean criminal record
