**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Delivery Environment Management (DEM) is responsible for the global system test environments operated in and from Switzerland. This includes process and tool ownership, central planning and coordination with the stakeholders (e.g. Projects, Release Management, Configuration Management, L2, DBAs, )
- Ensuring stable “End to End” (e2e) system test environment is one of the primary objectives along with maintaining the permanent integrity of the system test and education environment
- DEM is the “owner” and plays the role of a “gate keeper” for the E2E system test environment
- DEM provides a central communication platform for system test and education environments related information
- Coordinate (and run) all job actions on the system test environment
- Provide regular & timely updates on system test and education environment issues
- Publish information about current and upcoming test or training limitations on the DEM SharePoint portal
- Perform various operations tasks for the system test and education environment
- Coordinate the resolution of environment issues
- Manage test environment reservations and capacity
- Plan and coordinate data refreshes or restoring of data
- Coordinate the maintenance tests for the test and education environments
- Support the projects at test data management and test case execution planning & configuration
- Coordinate access and profiles for test users on the system test (TUM)
- Coordinate with external IT services (e.g. GAM, JB Frankfurt, JB Hongkong/Singapore, ) to setup and run international test activities
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- University degree or equivalent
- Ability to communicate unpopular opinions/decisions
- Solution-oriented and very strong analytical skills
- Team player, ability to work autonomously
- Minimum 3-5 years of expert
- Good language skills (mother tongue German, English); other languages a plus
- Lin ux/Unix experience
- Script Languages: Python, VBA, Java
