Our customer is a very active, fast growing Trading Group (Metals Concentrates) with solid financing by institutional shareholders. Headquartered in Switzerland, the Group operates worldwide across Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

We presently are recruiting the

Global Head of Operations (Metals Concentrates)
- Manage the global OPS team (currently 11 people, spread across Zug, UAE, Lima)
- Overview the month end mark to market, and improve the process
- Report on weekly basis status of existing shipments, including exposure, LC status
- Review all closed shipments, comparing actual vs theoretical PnL and ultimately signing off PnL
- Manage interaction with Accounting, Hedging and Finance teams
- Redesign Hedge reporting with Hedge Desk
- Overview OPS input in treasury Report
- Improve training program
- Build discipline, and a culture of being 1st in class, and delivering first class service to our customers
- Travel to warehouses, Ports and mines or smelters if necessary
- Personally handle a couple shipments
- Several yeras of experience in operations of metals concentrates
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive strategic projects in parallel
- Exceptional communication skills and coaching capabilities
- High level of attention to details
- Ability to remain organized under pressure
