- **Integrate Intelligence**: Partner with IT and operations leaders to embed real-time analytics and predictive insights into control platforms.
- **Shape the Digital Future**: Champion adoption of AI/ML algorithms for dynamic load and cooling optimization.

- **Proven Leadership**: 10+ years in data center or building controls, energy management, and leading high-performing teams.
- **Technical Authority**: Deep expertise in BMS, DCIM, PLC programming, and system integration.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Strong analytical skills, energy modeling experience, and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- **Visionary Approach**: Passion for sustainability and technology-driven transformation.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master’s preferred).
