**Your Mission**

In this role you will be a valuable member of the Finance team with responsibility for the entire accounts payable (AP) cycle. You will assist the payment process by receiving, recording, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices while following up with clients, suppliers and partners. You will charge expenses to accounts/cost centres and process them via SAP Concur. You will use your knowledge to work independently and as part of the team by providing support with month-end reports and other administrative tasks. You will participate fully and play an integral part in achieving team objectives. You will be based at our headquarters in Zurich and report to the Head of External Financial Reporting.

**Key Success Criteria**
- At least 2 years of existing experience as an Accounts Payable Accountant in an international fast-paced environment.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as an accounting clerk a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proven ability to derive meaningful information from raw data to create informative financial reports.
- Business level fluency (oral and written) in English, German language skills are an advantage.
