**Responsibilities**:
- Supports the Relationship Managers (RM) in managing, monitoring and reviewing of client investment portfolios
Collaborates with internal experts from Markets, Investment Solutions and Wealth Planning to identify investment and service opportunities
Communicates with clients and prospects directly in collaboration with the RM and guarantees desk coverage while the RM is on business trip
Ensures that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation formalities are met and maintained to a high standard at all times including client identification documentation (CDB), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms
Actively helps managing risk (support first line of defense), i.e. in client documentation, by raising concerns, following up on issues independently and by escalating when in doubt
Interacts with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management
**Skills**:Bachelor in Finance and Banking or experience in the banking environment with job-related higher degree (e.g. Bachelor, CFA, AZEK or similar)
At least 2 years of working experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the Private Banking or in Advisory or Trading in a Bank
Proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs (on boarding of new clients, maintaining and extending current relationships)
Solid financial knowledge
