**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Wissenstransfer (innerhalb) Produktion
- Unterstützung BMU/IO/WZU bei der Analyse und Datenerfassung von Schwachstellen
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Spritzgusswerkzeuge im laufenden Betrieb
- Planung und Organisation der internen Abläufe und Prozesse innerhalb des Value Streams
- Mitarbeit bei der Werkzeug - Optimierung und Beschaffungen
- Umsetzung der Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses und der Kommunikation zwischen den über
- und untergeordneten Stellen
- Die Umsetzung aller vorgegebenen Qualitäts
- und Dokumentationsanforderungen im Verantwortungsbereich sicherstellen
- Sonderaufgaben in der Produktion übernehmen
- Unterstützen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im technischen Bereich (vorzugsweise Polymechaniker, Kunststofftechnologe oder Werkzeugmacher)
- Hohe Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Fachgebiet
- Technisches Verständnis
- SAP - Kenntnisse
- Analytisches, logisches und vernetztes Denken
- Exakte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise (GMP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Praxis-, Lösungs
