Intern - Machine Learning and Design Optimization

Develop and implement Machine Learning algorithms, focusing on the exploration of novel and efficient algorithms for design optimization.-
- Design relevant data structures for problems driven by physical models in the context of design optimization-
- Propose performance metrics and identify limitations of the models-
- Write reports and give presentations for internal audience-
- Publish papers in top-tier venues-
- Write code to support research, usually in Python and/or C++-
- Work closely with a team of AI researchers and engineers in the US, Switzerland, and Japan on ambitious AI projectsYou will bring:
Passion to develop cutting-edge AI technology and deploy it through a multi-stakeholder approach-
- Background in Machine Learning (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.) and relevant work/research experience on topics related to Design Optimization-
- Solid programming skills using Python, as well as frameworks such as PyTorch-
