**E-Bike Mechanic/Showroom Assistant 60%-100% (M/F/d)**

Join us as an e-bike **Mechanic/Showroom Assistant in Zürich** to create better commuting experiences and make zero-emission commuting accessible for everyone.

**About the role**

As an e-bike Mechanic/Showroom Assistant you’ll be:

- Conscientiously repair and maintain our modern, low-maintenance e-bikes and our test fleet.
- Uphold our premium quality standards and ensure a quick diagnosis of faults, utilising remote diagnostics.
- Advise and communicate with your customers in the showroom (including some Saturdays), creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring their Ampler experience exceeds expectations.
- Introducing our bicycles and coordinating test rides.
- Collaborate closely with our showroom team and Head Mechanic to ensure seamless operations.

Our Showroom is open **Tuesday (10.30 am to 6.30 pm) to Saturday (10 am to 5 pm)**. The role is for **3-5 days a week**, depending on your experience and availability.

**About you**

You’ll shine in this role if you:

- Enjoy interacting with people, ensuring every interaction ends with a happy customer.
- Are sincerely interested in the biking industry and have some **experience as a bike mechanic**.
- Are passionate, self-organised, and have an ownership mentality.
- Have proficiency in **German and English **and can effectively communicate and ensure customer satisfaction.
