FotoWare’ s headquarter is in Oslo, Norway and this position will be contributing from our other office location in Buch/Aarau.

FotoWare has experienced significant international growth over the last years, both organically and through M&A and is now looking for a key person to take responsibility as Finance Manager for FotoWare Switzerland AG group consisting of a Swiss and US entity. The position reports to the CFO and is part of the great group of people who make up the global Finance and Operations Division.

**As Head of Finance Manager, you will...**
- Create monthly operating reports and reviews, incl. KPI reporting
- Prepare reporting and participation - FotoWare Switzerland financial matters in board meetings.
- Plan, prepare and deliver annual and monthly accounts for the company and subsidiaries as well as statutory and group reporting
- Deliver tax reporting and other governmental required reporting, timely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure that group financial routines and procedures are followed, as well as contributing to the development of group accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide financial insight as a basis for strategic decisions.
- Lead, engage, supervise responsibilities/KPI’s and develop employees in the local finance team
- Be responsible for the processing of salary, benefits, pension, and insurance
- Be responsible for liquidity management locally, contact person locally for bank and insurance
- Support in the budgeting and forecasting - together with the CFO
- Be a contact person for auditors
- Participate in and occasionally lead strategic projects

**Professionally you have...**
- Experience with financial and local reporting in a group structure, group consolidation and generally sound finance and accounting understanding
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience within finance, accounting, and auditing
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting and/or Audit
- Familiarity with all aspects of Swiss law (Code of Obligations, OR), Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP and consolidation
- Good oral and written presentation skills **(German and English)**:

- Strong professional expertise in accounting, tax, and VAT
- You enjoy contributing with insights to the whole Finance team both centrally and globally
- Experience with personnel responsibility and team management is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You see the value of well-structured high-quality accounting for insight and business intelligence
- Experience with SaaS technology/software companies is an advantage, but not a requirement
