Tasks
About the Role
We’re hiring a junior AI & Automation Assistant to help us unlock greater scale, speed, and efficiency. You’ll work across critical areas of the business—marketing, operations, community, and executive support—building bots and systems that automate mundane tasks so our team can focus on making an impact.
This role is perfect for a young professional or student who is AI-native, entrepreneurial, and enjoys building functional systems. This is not a fixed-term position but is ideal for a summer internship or a side hustle.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Researching and implementing smart workflows across tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Beehiive, Google Suite.
- Helping us test and improve our internal automations.
- Transitioning between tasks with speed, precision, and a sense of ownership.

**Requirements**:
**You’re probably a fit if**:

- You’ve built bots, workflows, or automations before and love doing it.
- You’re a fast writer and even faster executor.
- You’re comfortable with tools like Zapier, Notion, Make, Airtable, Slack, Clay etc.
- You’re self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive about solving problems.
- You want to work in a fast-moving environment where your work has visible impact.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience working with a startup, community, or mission-driven org.
- A strong portfolio or examples of automations you’ve built.
- Understanding of the climate innovation or impact space.
